Leisure Quest International's Media City at Shanghai's The New Bund

January 7, 2016 - Westlake Village, Ca. based Leisure Quest International, LLC a leader in world class entertainment, culture and tourism design and development, developed a unique and exciting design concept and master plan for Shanghai's premier new development The New Bund.

In cooperation with Shanghai's Global Media Group, Leisure Quest designed the concept and master plan for The New Bund development (previously Quintan Media City) for Shanghai Lujiazui (Group) Co. Ltd. The New Bund is one of 6 key development projects in Shanghai. The development will seamlessly integrate culture, media, sports, leisure, corporate headquarters, world class shopping and international residential communities.

Leisure Quest Chairman Mark A. Driscoll stated "Mr. Yang Xiaoming, chairman of the New Bund International Business District Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. wanted a concept and master plan that would combine all of the traditional components of a new world-class city into an innovative media and culture based development unmatched anywhere in the world. The New Bund development is being undertaken by Shanghai New Bund Business Investment Group Ltd ("New Bund Company") controlled by Shanghai Lujiazui Group Ltd . The Shanghai Municipal People's Government has formally approved the New Bund development.
