2015 AICPA Controllers Conference Features Thought Leader Donny Shimamoto as Key Presenter

November 3, 2015 - Donny Shimamoto will be presenting twice at the 2015 AICPA Controllers Conference in Orlando, Florida on November 16, 2015. The first course, Strength Finding/Effective Team Management will teach how to recognize and identify the multidimensional aspects of personalities in the workplace, and how to focus on individual strengths to create powerful teams. It is a course that is crucial for managers looking to overcome team dysfunction and optimize performance in their organization.

Donny's second session is Leveraging Technology in Finance which is designed for non-technical staff. It is a highly interactive workshop format that will facilitate peer learning and exchange. The course is aimed at teaching attendees how to apply intraprise architecture modeling techniques to visualize business processes and systems. It will encourage the group to learn from peers on both successes and failures to optimize technology in their own firm.

The 2015 AICPA Controllers Conference was developed for controllers and will provide the tools needed to successfully negotiate current and future demands. Led by successful experts in the field, the conference provides best practices from personal experience and is interactive to give attendees solutions that can be applied immediately. It offers onsite as well as online attendance. The conference will be held at the Disney Grand Floridian Hotel November 17 – 18, 2015.
