Carte Blanche will provide specialist marketing advisory services to assist financial institutions in the identification, acquisition and management of key client segments and markets and will be headquartered at 36 St James’s Street, in the heart of London’s alternative and wealth management investment community. Carte Blanche will also be providing advisory services to the North American market from its affiliate office in New York, headed by Liz Nickles of Black Label Financial Brand Development; formerly Global Head of Branding, Marketing and Communications at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Carte Blanche will counsel clients at a senior management level as part of their first-tier team, ensuring a seamless delivery of results-driven, effective marketing and communications focusing in particular on: financial branding; client acquisition and retention programmes including sponsorship and events; as well as communications and customer experience.
Commenting on her rationale for founding Carte Blanche, Zoë Couper said:
“Today’s marketing battles must be won by a competitive edge honed by superior creativity and in-depth knowledge of clients. The wealthy might be becoming wealthier but as individual wealth increases so too does the competition within the industry. The wealth management market is full of opportunity; it’s also ripe for consolidation. In this environment, firms need to cultivate their brands and communicate clear value propositions in order to win and hold market share.”
