This collaborative electronic guide offers a summary of key corporate law principles in 25 countries across the globe, serving as a quick, practical reference for those establishing an entity in these jurisdictions. Director of Global Relationship Management, and the guide's facilitator, Lindsay Griffiths, says "We are thrilled for our second release of this guide, which highlights and promotes the collaborative efforts and expertise of our corporate lawyers. This latest edition now includes 25 countries, an expansion of the 18 featured in our original publication.
