3M Bair Hugger Lawsuit Plaintiff Proposes Centralization of Federal Knee and Hip Infection Claims, Bernstein Liebhard LLP Reports

August 25, 2015 - A plaintiff who has filed a 3M Bair Hugger lawsuit (http://www.3mbairhuggerlawsuit.com/) over a post-operative joint infection he allegedly sustained due to the forced air warming system has proposed that all federal product liability claims involving the device be centralized in a multidistrict litigation and transferred to a single judge in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
