Shasta College is live with Credentials eScrip-Safe

August 10, 2015 - NORTHFIELD, IL – Shasta College is live with TranscriptsPlus®, the fully-automated online transcript ordering service from Credentials eScrip-Safe available to students and alumni 24/7. It is tailored to fit Shasta's unique policies and procedures. TranscriptsPlus automates the transcript ordering process in a secure and easy-to-use solution, as a third party certified PCI DSS Tier 1 compliant payment processor. Working with TranscriptsPlus is Credentials' propriety software interface RoboRegistrar®, which automates processing and streamlines 90% of the work associated with transcript order fulfillment.

Students and alumni have the option of sending In-Network and Out-of-Network PDFs as well. For orders that do not have the electronic option available, Shasta College has added eRoboMail®, which fully automates the printing, folding, stuffing and mailing of paper transcripts. This service increases security and document integrity by integrating security paper, tamper-proof envelopes, and copy and thermal protections, all while being handled at one of Credentials' facilities.
