Parkland College is live with Credentials eScrip-Safe

August 10, 2015 - NORTHFIELD, IL – Parkland College is live with Credentials eScrip-Safe. The school has implemented TranscriptsPlus®, which allows students and alumni to order transcripts online 24/7. The system is designed to meet Parkland's unique service requirements. TranscriptsPlus provides a convenient, compliant and easy-to-use online transcript ordering platform. Credentials collects all fees on behalf of the college as a 3rd party certified PCI DSS Tier 1 payment processor.

Parkland College utilizes Credentials' proprietary back-end software RoboRegistrar®, which automates transcript processing and works seamlessly with TranscriptsPlus. Robo locates records, authenticates students and alumni, checks for holds, communicates with students via email and text and facilitates order fulfillment.

Parkland College sends In-Network and Out-of-Network PDFs through the Credentials eScrip-Safe Network on behalf of its students and alumni. The school will soon add EDI sending, further reducing expenses associated with paper transcript fulfillment. If electronic formats are not an option for certain destinations, Parkland has implemented eRoboMail®, the print and mail service that takes care of paper transcript fulfillment at one of Credentials' facilities.

Credentials eScrip-Safe supports all solutions with Client Relationship Managers to assist staff members with any questions and Customer Service Representatives to answer student inquiries, allowing staff members to focus on other areas.
