REP Commercial Negotiates Two Leases at Brighton Plaza in Montclair, Calif. for Subway Sandwiches and Mission Video Store

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated two leases at the recently completed Brighton Plaza in Montclair, Calif.

Subway Sandwiches signed a five-year lease for 1,197 square feet and Mission Video of Montclair signed a five-year lease for 1,732 square feet to locate at the new retail development. The value of the leases could not be disclosed. Subway Sandwiches, which was represented by Matt Adamczyk of Sachse Real Estate of Beverly Hills, is scheduled to open in late March 2006. Mission Video of Montclair, which represented itself, is expected to open in February 2006.

The property is located at the southeast corner of Mission and Ramona in the City of Montclair and is situated on 1.28 acres. Thomas Tway and Terry Parker of REP Commercial Brighton are the exclusive leasing agents for Brighton Plaza and represented the landlord, Brighton Retail Plaza, LLC, in these lease transactions. The William Fox Group of Ontario is the project’s architect.

McDonald’s restaurant is currently under construction and should open in mid summer 2006. According to the project’s leasing agent Tway, the 6,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail pad building located adjacent to McDonald’s, has one end cap space and two inline spaces still available for lease. “This property is also adjacent to new homes with more homes currently being constructed. Additional retail development is scheduled for the immediate surrounding area,” Tway adds.
