Confident Hair Review - Our Customer is Our 1st Priority

Toronto, ON June 29, 2015 – At Confident Hair we strongly believe our customer is our number one priority. We regularly go beyond the call of duty to satisfy our customers. Our business benefits through word of mouth references from our many happy customers.

We were recently distressed to learn a suspicious customer complaint was filed against us:

"I waited weeks for my custom-made wig from Confident Hair. What a huge disappointment!!! I wasted $2, 500 on a "supposedly" custom wig that does not fit properly AT ALL! It is far too big for my head and the wig quality itself is just atrocious, very bulky and heavy. It also does not seem to be the same quality hair that I chose…it's much coarser and the colour is all wrong … For the best quality wigs in Toronto, and the friendliest service, go to Confidential Hair on Avenue Road (the names are similar so don't confuse the two places!)"

We'd like to set the record straight about this complaint. As far as we can tell this complaint never happened. We made our best attempt to contact the person who left the review ourselves to investigate further, but we were unable to reach them. We also contacted admin of complaintsboard.com to attempt to get in touch with the reviewer, but were unable to reach them.

This complain is suspicious for three main reasons:
1. We've never had any $2,500 custom made wig orders that don't fit the client.
2. We've always have the client come in to test the fitment of the wigs as soon as the wig come in.
3. If this is a normal customer, why they mention "For the best quality wigs in Toronto, and the friendliest service, go to Confidential Hair on Avenue Road (the names are similar so don't confuse the two places!)" in the end? Since Confidential Hair doesn't exist, only continentalhair.com exists on Avenue Road.

If this customer really exists, we would like him/her to contact us directly after seeing this press release. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if it ever happened. We want to make sure the customer is fully satisfied and raves about the excellent customer service at Confident Hair.
