MV Transportation, Inc. Welcomes Megan Smale As Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Labor

June 22, 2015 - MV Transportation, Inc. is pleased to announce a new member of the Legal Team. Megan Smale joins the company as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Labor, Employment & Litigation. In addition to the labor and employment law, Megan also is responsible for managing MV's general litigation.

Megan comes to MV with broad knowledge of employment law and litigation, having worked in private law firms and in-house legal departments. Most recently, as Associate General Counsel with Sabre, Megan served as the dedicated employment and compliance lawyer to a global workforce of this publicly traded company and shared responsibility for commercial litigation. Prior to joining Sabre, Megan was Associate General Counsel at RealPage, where she oversaw all dispute management and litigation, including high stakes class actions and regulatory enforcement actions.

Megan will fill the position previously held by Jarrett Andrews, the company's former Associate General Counsel who, earlier this year, was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer.

Megan earned her law degree from Villanova in 2004 and her undergraduate degree at Occidental College.
