(OTC: WTSW), announces that it has signed up another 26 top Vietnamese Hotels to use its secured online reservations system, to take the total to over 247 Hotels listed on www.HOTELS.com.VN travel/tourism directory website. WorldTradeShow.com, Inc. receives a commission for each hotel reservations made on HOTELS.com.VN travel website. This is very significant, since Vietnam is the third fastest growing tourism market in the world.

The Company has filed its Form 10-SB which is including the Quarter from May-July 2005 as per the SEC Security Exchange Commission request.
