GARDNER, MA – June 4, 2015 – Scott C. Russell announced the complete sale of J&S Business Products, Inc. of Ayer, MA to ex-business partner Jose A. Banchs III. The amicable deal included the ownership transfer of the former J&S Business Products, Inc. calendar division ValueCalendars.com to Scott Russell.

Through the stock purchase, Jose A. Banchs, III assumes a full ownership stake in J&S Business Products, Inc., which includes its primary e-commerce custom print store 'JSBusinessProducts.com', its custom apparel division 'Route2Apparel.com', and its in-house digital quick-printing operation. The acquisition will position both J&S Business Products, Inc. and the newly formed ValueCalendars.com, LLC for sustainable growth, while enabling resource investments in both equipment & technology for both respective companies.

Part of the expansion at J&S Business Products, Inc. includes the purchase of new in-house equipment for both direct-to-garment & large format printing to complement the digital quick-print capabilities already in place. For ValueCalendars.com, LLC a complete website redevelopment is already underway, bringing the antiquated website to its new Drupal based platform which is schedule for launch by late October 2015.
