First Transit Names Sharad Agarwal Vice President, Strategy and Innovation

May 20, 2015 - CINCINNATI — First Transit announces the appointment of Sharad Agarwal to Vice President, Strategy and Innovation. In this new role, Agarwal will utilize emerging technology to introduce innovative operational strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiencies throughout the company's core businesses lines.

Agarwal has more than a decade of transportation experience, which includes expertise in customer service, human resources, financial planning and process improvement. Most recently, he has served as First Transit Vice President, Call Centers.

Under Agarwal's direction, First Transit will deliver unique solutions for demand response and fixed route operations that prepare our clients for the quickly changing landscape of transportation.
