DOORHAN: start with maximal speed-up

One of the youngest and most successful companies - DoorHan production association— has stroke a preliminary year balance.
In the year 2005 the company has developed in several directions: it has expanded already existing production, organized new companies and was promoted in regional and international markets.
The main event of the last year was start-up of the new full cycle aluminum factory AlHan, which has been initially designed as ecologically clean production. AlHan main products are pressed (extruded) aluminum profiles and alloys. The factory is planned for 8 thousand tons of profiles manufacturing per year. Unique modern equipment has been installed here: machines for aluminum extrusion and pressure casting, vertical powder painting chamber etc.
Several new production lines has been put into operation on DoorHan production association: it is line of cold galvanization, the second one for this production association and high production line of plastic extrusion. Due to the start of hot-rolled hardened profile rolling mill in DoorHan production association a new technology of racks for sliding doors manufacturing has been brought under. In the year 2005 a line for high quality rolling shutters management units manufacturing has started to work.
The range of products has been broadened: thus, new types of leaf manufactured of extra strong aluminum profiles RHT40, RHT55 and RHT77 has appeared in the range of RollHan rolling shutters models; the construction of DoorHan RSD and ISD sectional doors has been improved, the manufacture of safe operator for DoorHan sectional doors — DH-350G – has been started.
In the year 2005 a DoorHan modern warehouse-representative in Samara has been added to already existing warehouses in Novosibirsk, Saint-Petersburg and other cities of Russia and CIS. Besides expanding dealers network in Russian regions the company has opened warehouses in Europe – Stuttgart (Germany) and in Paris suburbs.
DoorHan companies group is a constant participant of the largest building exhibitions in Russia, CIS and starting from the year 2005 in Europe. During the second half of the last year DoorHan production association has had a real exhibition marathon, which has started in Alma-Ata (KazBuild) and has finished on Factory Automation (CeMAT Asia) in Shanghai. Exhibition marathon has abruptly increased sales of the holding and brought awards – for the best stand on Mosbuild, as well as a diploma for the most impressive exposition on «Building and architecture» international exhibition, which has taken place in September 2005 in Kiev.
Famous all around the world building exposition BATIMAT, which has taken place in November of the year 2005 in Paris has made DoorHan internationally famous – thanks to the exhibition the contacts with representatives of over 40 countries has been formed.
DoorHan main products — doors systems — are the only in Russia, which meet the requirements of all European standards as well as of Russian State Standard 31174−2003, which strict requirements could not be fulfilled by famous western manufacturers doors. In the last DoorHan sectional doors have got European certificates – the products have met all quality and safety requirements, what has been proved by the largest scientific-technical center CTSB (France).

The year 2005 has become the starting one on the way to international market for DoorHan. Judging by the fact that DoorHan companies group is every day increasing volume of production, the start has been put with maximal speed-up.
