University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is live with Credentials eScrip-Safe

May 4, 2015 - NORTHFIELD, IL – The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is live with TranscriptsPlus®, the fully-automated online transcript ordering service from Credentials eScrip-Safe available to students and alumni 24/7. It is form-fitted to UNC's policies and procedures. Students and alumni can now send transcripts electronically as School-to-School and 3rd Party PDFs. The ability to send EDI through the SPEEDE Server will be available soon.

TranscriptsPlus offers a secure, compliant and easy-to-use online transcript ordering solution, allowing UNC to free up staff and streamline the entire process. A student self-service environment reduces data input by staff and all fees are collected in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. TranscriptsPlus works with back-end processing software RoboRegistrar®, which locates records, authenticates students, checks for holds and facilitates a variety of fulfillment options.

Credentials eScrip-Safe handles all customer service calls on behalf of the school, which has improved productivity by allowing an increased focus on other student services. The school also has a dedicated Client Relationship Manger to answer all questions and address any issues.
