April 14, 2015 - Montgomery County, PA - SSP Yoga is pleased to announce Movement Matters, a workshop to help your body become more flexible and healthier. What's the difference between Yoga and Resistance Exercise? Let's ask a better question. What's the same between Yoga and Resistance Exercise? That answer is Movement. Your body is designed to move freely, unencumbered and with a fluid resiliency thought to be reserved for children only. However, you are not meant to be in pain, sick, fragile and useless. Welcome to the first ever Movement Matters Workshop with your hosts Stacey Skilton-Pitz of SSP Yoga and John Bair of Bair Knuckle Strength. This workshop is on Saturday, May 2nd from noon – 2:00 PM at the SSP Yoga studio, 400 Commerce Drive in Fort Washington PA. The cost is $65 for Early Birds (signup before April 20th) or $80 after April 20th.

About Bair Knuckle Strength:
John Bair, founder of Bair Knuckle Strength has gone through a transformative fitness journey of his own, to repair a dysfunctional, pain riddled body from years of football abuse and lost 70+ lbs. He has 17+ years' experience in athletic training environments such as strength training, nutrition and performance. John understands that it takes lifestyle and behavior changes beyond "just working out," and knows how to help you be successful at achieving your own goals.
