The program teaches all aspects of branch safety and security using easy-to-understand language in an interactive, self-paced format. Participants learn from their own perspective, with a curriculum customized to their position. Branch Security Excellence covers all areas of Branch Security including: Opening and Closing Procedures, Robbery Prevention and Procedures, Bomb Threats, Kidnappings, Fires and Medical Emergencies. Additionally, they’ll be prepared to deal with cons and frauds from customers, and to be on the lookout for internal fraud.
