Alterna Home Solutions Establishes New Corporate Headquarters
Full-Service Residential Brokerage Firm Moves To North Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. – Cathy Rosebaugh, President of Alterna Home Solutions, a full-service Residential Brokerage Firm specializing in real estate solutions for the 55+ client, has announced the company has opened corporate offices in North Raleigh. Rosebaugh, a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), will provide retiring adults and seniors with real estate options and service alternatives that require special consideration, including concerns about financing, security, and access to banking, shopping and medical care. The new firm is located at 5821 Falls of Neuse in Raleigh.
