DAYTON, OH – Excellence In Motivation, Inc. (EIM) announces the reorganization of its Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) department. The former SRM group, comprised of travel, merchandise and communications buyers, will move to three established departments within EIM. April Mescher, former Executive Director, SRM, will move into the Executive Director, Travel Operations role vacated by Leslie Clair. Mescher, a nine-year employee of EIM, will bring the SRM travel buyers with her to the Travel Operations department. This move integrates the functions of researching, negotiating and reserving travel properties with air planning, travel account management and travel administration. “April’s leadership style blends incredible energy with crystal clear communication,” said Bob Miller, President and Chief Executive Officer. “She is also highly regarded within the Travel Supplier community.”
Don Nunnelley, Executive Director of Operations, will now oversee EIM’s merchandise buyers, led by Judy Costa, Merchandise Manager. The merchandise group, who will generate approximately $14M of merchandise sales through a diverse set of solutions including online catalogs, consumer programs, room-gifts, and service awards, will join the Operations department’s debit card, program administration and customer call center.
Kevin Stephens, Executive Director of Client Program Management, will add communications purchasing to his department’s client management, marketing, project development, and travel communications functions. This addition rounds out a newly formed communications group that will handle all marketing and travel communications projects for EIM’s Fortune 1000 clients.
“We’re excited about these new changes,” Miller said. “With this new approach, we’ve streamlined our organization and brought together the right groups of associates to take on the challenges our clients bring us every day.”
