Temporary Staffing Agency – Frontline Source Group – Gives Back this Holiday Season

December 10, 2014- Local staffing agency, Frontline Source Group, is giving back to local communities this holiday season to help put food on the tables of those in need.

"The holidays are a great time for my team to reflect on what we're thankful for – and we've always been grateful of putting people back to work and the ability to put food on our tables," said Bill Kasko, President & CEO. "This year we have decided that instead of funding the distribution of traditional holiday cards to our clients, we would instead finance a donation to our communities' local food banks."

Frontline Source Group has been a partner of their local food banks for several years and often volunteer as a team. "We're in the people business," said Kasko. "My team members have always understood the importance of giving back and make me proud with the amount of personal time they've each devoted over the years."

For 2015, Frontline Source Group has implemented a new community service program which rewards them for personal time spent giving back to their communities. For hours spent volunteering, paid time-off will be rewarded to internal employees.

"Giving back to the community is a reflection of our company's core values," said Kasko. "I believe the donation to our local food banks will be a great start to this new program."
