The Castleton Group Announces New Partner
Jay McLamb Of Human Resources Outsourcing Firm Named Partner

RALEIGH, N.C. – Suzanne Clifton, President of The Castleton Group, a full-service human resources outsourcing firm, has announced that Jay McLamb has been named a partner of the firm. McLamb currently serves as The Castleton Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position, McLamb manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, including client service, finance, IT, compliance, strategic planning, and corporate funding, as well as assisting Clifton with the management of sales and marketing. As the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, McLamb is responsible for all financial functions associated with the firm, including treasury management, strategic financial planning, financial procedures and records and overseeing compliance with all finance-related laws and regulations.

About Jay McLamb:
Jay McLamb is a native North Carolinian with 15 years of diversified management experience including positions as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO). McLamb is a partner at The Castleton Group where is serves as CFO and COO. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and is a licensed CPA. As an active member of the community, Jay participates in many civic and charitable organizations and volunteers with the Special Olympics. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he serves on the Accounting Standards Practice Committee, as well as a member of the Carolinas Association of Professional Employer Organizations (CAPEO), the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the NC Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). McLamb resides in Raleigh with his wife Sonya and their three sons: William, Jon, and Galen.
