Comfort Dental Spa Offering Help to Farmington Youth

December 5, 2014 - Farmington Hills, MI - Dr. Askari is happy to announce that Comfort Dental Spa will continue to support Farmington Youth Assistance. The dental practice is heavily involved with the charity throughout the year and will once again help area youth in need this holiday season.

After just completing a successful 'back-to-school' fundraiser in which back to school necessities and books were collected and distributed, Comfort Dental Spa looks forward to increasing their Christmas wish list totals.

Since inception, Dr. Askari and her team have been involved in the Holiday Angels Project. There are three ways to help the special needs youth/orphans in the community; adopt a youth/orphan, make a donation, or refer a youth/orphan in need. Each year, it is Dr. Askari's goal to help a greater amount of children than the year before. If you wish to add to their donations, you can contact FYA directly or Comfort Dental Spa's office for more information.

"In the next couple of weeks, we'll be gathering Christmas for the FYA's disadvantaged children and teens," Dr. Askari said. "These are kids who often won't get anything for Christmas. Our staff will give toys, clothes, and other gifts to as many kids as we can."

Farmington Youth Assistance is a non-profit group dedicated to preventing juvenile delinquency and child neglect and abuse through community involvement. The organization offers numerous services and programs to educate children and teens to make positive life choices. People have until December 10th to be a part of this year's Holiday Angels Project.

The charity is close to Dr. Askari's heart because she lost her father when she was quite young. In addition, she now has three children of her own and believes that having good role models and loving parents are extremely important in a child's life. She is dedicated to improving the lives of children who have lost one or both of their parents.
