The TM4B Bulk SMS Gateway has announced that it has reduced the cost of messaging services with the hope of passing on cost-benefits to its global client base. In a statement made by Fahed Bizzari, Managing Director of the company,"Although we are a profit-making organisation, the underlying mission of TM4B is to make text-messaging an everyday method of communication for organisations of any size. We accomplish this by combining truly advanced features, simplicity and low prices."
"Rather than adopt the prevalent attitude of greed, we are happy to reduce our profit margins because we know how important the price of messaging is to our customers. Moreover, our overall profit is attained through the sheer volumes that we process and our throughput is continuously increasing. During the second half of 2005, our customer-base increased by approximately 5 new customers per day and our messaging throughput grew a staggering average of 40% per month."
The price reductions include a 20% reduction on internationally-accessible dedicated numbers for receiving SMS as well as dedicated keywords on such numbers. The price reductions also include the price of First Class message delivery to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey and USA & Canada.
Fahed Bizzari says, "Our feelings are that if we are in a position to offer our customers lower prices and still maintain high levels of profitability, then it makes sense to do so - we win and so do our customers."
