Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Moves Corporate Headquarters To Occidental Building
Real Estate Asset Management Firm Relocates
To Historic Raleigh Building

RALEIGH, NC – Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced the company has moved its corporate headquarters to the Occidental Building at 1001 Wade Avenue, Suite 300 in Raleigh. The 56,000 square foot building will be home to Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties and Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties will relocate their corporate offices to the third floor of the historic 50-year-old building. The first and second floors will house Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s corporate offices, neighborhood builder services and market title division. The fourth floor, an 11,000 square foot area, is currently available for tenancy.
