October 9, 2014 - Fall is fabulous in Yellowstone National Park. The foliage is ablaze in color, the bull elk are bugling, the fish are biting and the crowds are gone. All-in-all, this is a wonderful time to visit the Park. West Yellowstone, Montana wants to extend an official invitation and remind you the west entrance is open until 8am on Monday, November 3, 2014. While there will be road construction on parts of Yellowstone's Grand Loop Road to the south and east of Old Faithful after Labor Day, the roads running through the West Entrance are construction free and will provide easy access to the Park's rivers, mudpots, geysers, wildlife viewing, hiking trails and, of course, Old Faithful itself.
