Mpower1 and TEMENOS Announce Newly Focused Agreement for jBASE International

Mpower1 and TEMENOS are pleased to announce the completion of their newly focused Master Agreement for the sales, distribution and support of the jBASE database environment worldwide. Since September 2002, Mpower1, through its subsidiaries jBASE International Ltd and jBASE International Inc, have been the exclusive distributors of the jBASE software except where TEMENOS license jBASE in conjunction with their own application software. During this time jBASE has consistently expanded its client base year on year. The new document announced today will result in this process continuing but with significant enhancements to customer service, additional functionality and cooperation between Mpower1 and TEMENOS to the benefit of jBASE users.

Mpower1 and TEMENOS have an experienced team of over 40 personnel addressing all aspects of the jBASE business and have ensured that product development and quality assurance through to sales and post sales support are strengthened going forward. This agreement further enhances the Mpower1 and TEMENOS offering to the MultiValue market and demonstrates their ongoing commitment to the jBASE product, its support and its development.

This new agreement coincides with the recent formal release of the next generation of jBASE software, Release 4, which is already seen as an established platform with over 100 installations worldwide. This stable and efficient platform will add significant value to jBASE users who can now confidently take advantage of the functionality and flexibility that is unparalleled in the MultiValue community.
