Old Forge Launches System to Measure Twitter-Quality Performance

New York, NY – September 5, 2014 – Old Forge Media, the leader in social media engagement, today announced the launch of The Old Forge Quality & Competence Rating (OFQCR) System, which is utilized to objectively measure Twitter performance.
