Accentuate Staffing Announces New Business Line, R&D Consulting Division Offers Executive Level Placement Services to the Life Science Community

August 13, 2014 - RALEIGH, N.C. - Accentuate Staffing (www.accentuatestaffing.com), one of the largest locally owned staffing and recruiting companies in the Triangle, today announced the launch of a new specialty Research and Development Consulting division.

This new business unit targets high level, specialty recruitment and HR services focused on startup Scientific, Biotech, Pharma and Med Device companies throughout the RTP area. The R&D Consulting division solves the challenge of finding the niche skill sets necessary to move companies from start up to early/mid-stage organizations. Amy Wotring, a 15-year veteran in the RTP scientific recruitment community, will lead this new division. Multiple local companies have grown from inception to pre-exit with Amy's help and expertise in building out their senior level teams.

About Amy Wotring
Amy joined Accentuate Staffing in 1999 after graduating from Meredith College. She led the creation of Accentuate's Scientific/Clinical recruitment group in 2003 and actively managed all scientific recruitment engagements. She served as the primary Accentuate Staffing recruitment liaison for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, managing 50+ contractors on assignment. Her expertise includes senior level search and recruitment in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, life science and clinical fields.
