July 13, 2014 - Roseville, CA - Always Best Care® Senior Services, one of the leading senior care franchise systems in the United States, today announced the company has awarded its newest franchise in Florida and, as a result, now provides services within Upper Pinellas County, including Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and Southwest Pasco County. The new Always Best Care franchise is owned and operated by Bill and Jane Schumacher of Safety Harbor, Florida. The Schumachers were introduced to Always Best Care by Pat Deering, a franchise consultant with the FranNet organization.

Jane is a graduate of Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, and completed an internship at Suncoast Hospice. She spent 12 years as a residential and business service representative within the Bell Telephone system, and was also a Certified Activity Director working at senior living communities. Additionally, she is a member of the Safety Harbor Public Art Committee and a member of Better Living for Seniors.
