June 2, 2014 - There's a new youtube volg in town and its recently grown to over 100k subscribers. It's a weekly show that gives its viewers take a glimpse into the life of London based Hannah, baby Grayson and her husband Stefan. You can check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/alittlebeautyvlogAround a year ago Hannah's husband Stefan took the very risky decision and said goodbye his job as a celebrity interviewer at heat magazine to gamble everything on a tech startup business called www.Wantfeed.com.
And it looks like his decision has paid off, after creating an account you can see why. This simple to use site is all about wants… It simply asks you to list all things you want to buy or have bought for you in the future. You can also follow other people's want lists and even put your wants in groups to keep your desires nice and organized.
It has a similar feel to Pinterest but only cares about those beautiful and sometimes practical things you what you want in your life. Right now, the site is still in beta stage, but you can already sign up and get a good feel for the usability of it.
You're encouraged to add a want button to your browser toolbar so when you find yourself on a website looking at something you want you want simply by clicking a button it will add it to your wantfeed.
In little over 5 weeks since launch the site has had over 10,000k product uploads and 8k sign ups. With similar site Pinterest recently being valued at $5 billion there is a lot to be excited about right now.
There's no doubt Stefan Michalak is on to something very big with www.wantfeed.com. If his plans of creating a global wishlist website are realised then this could easily be the biggest tech startup to come out of London since….. ummmm. Well watch this space anyway.
