18 Degrees hosts Iftar this Ramadan at Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, UAE (June 19, 2014) – Watch the ebbing sun from the terrace, then soak up the traditional Arabian atmosphere at a lavish Iftar at Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi's award winning signature restaurant, 18 Degrees (18°). For those looking at enjoying a relaxing evening with friends and family at our Al Kheima Sahoor Sheesha tent that will serve Moroccan tea, Arabic coffee, a la carte Arabic and international snack food from 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM all through Ramadan.

Executive Sous Chef Ivan Musoni will prepare authentic specialities from the Arabic kitchen, alongside signature Eastern Mediterranean dishes, which are mainly inspired from Lebanon, Syria and Turkey.

"Highlights include Lamb Ouzi, Baked Whole Halwayo Fish, Shoukaf (lamb fillet cubes with onion), Kabab Orfaly (beef and vegetable skewers), Lebanese Loubia Bil Lahmeh (green beans in tomato sauce) and Grilled tiger prawns, sumac tomato salsa, green olive aioli," says Chef Musoni. "I would like to personally encourage our guests to interact with our chefs for an ideal Iftar experience."

Available from sunset until 9:30 pm, the Iftar buffet (priced at AED180 ++ per person) includes a selection of traditional drinks such as organic Laban, Airan, Kamar Al Deen, Jellab, Tamer Hindi, and Karkadieh.

Appetizingly decorated dates, almonds and olives are set on each table while a variety of cheese, bread, and cold cuts will be served opposite the buffet section.
