Santa spreads cheer to special kids on Christmas

Chennai, December 28, 2005: Christmas this year was extra special for 70 physically challenged, young children from Shakthi Foundation and Cheshire Home as they got to celebrate it with Santa Claus himself at Cookie Man’s specially decorated Santa House. As an icing on the cake, they also got to take pictures with Santa for memories sake and also got to sing carols with him. Santa Claus also bestowed his shower of gifts on these special kids. These special kids did not think for a moment about their physical challenges but were playing with balloons, swaying to Christmas music and the jingle bells. Their contagious smile brought cheer and happiness to the crowd at Spencer’s Plaza.

These Children had a truly memorable experience in this Santa House, which is a unique and one of its kind experience offered every year by Cookie Man, makers of fresh baked Australian Cookies. The beautifully decorated Santa House is covered in glass wool, giving it the feeling of snow with a complete re- creation of the North Pole.
