Sila Heating and Air Conditioning Employees Answer Phones for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation

Philadelphia, PA, June 3, 2014 - Community involvement is one of those great catchphrases that businesses often toss around, but Sila Heating and Air Conditioning puts their people behind their words. Sila is a proud supporter of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, and Sila employees will be lending a helping hand at two upcoming ALSF events.

On June 5, from 10 to 11 am, 10 volunteers from Sila will be answering phones for the 8th Annual "Alex Scott: A Stand for Hope Phone Bank" benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. This all day event is hosted by CBS 3 and The CW Philly, and CBS 3 television personalities will be urging people to donate from 6am until 8pm.

On June 7, 2014, from 10 AM until 3PM, Sila representatives will be on hand at Alex's Original Lemonade Stand event at Penn Wynne Elementary School in Wynnewood, PA. It's a fun day for families and a reminder of where Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation got its start. As a Stand Sponsor of the event, Sila will be honored to present its check for more than $20,000 raised in 2013, to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, in addition to providing a fun game for kids in their tent. In 2014, Sila hopes to raise more than $25,000.
