About the Author

Susan M. Goodenough grew up in Idaho but now lives in Torrington, Connecticut, with her husband. Ms. Goodenough has worked for the Winchester School System for nearly 30 years and is currently the Literacy Coach for grades K-6. She and her husband, Paul, have a son, who is now married with two children. She also has a dog named Macy and three cats. Other than reading and spending time with her family, Ms. Goodenough loves outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
