Max Alavi, APC to give Estate Planning Presentation to Newport Beach Firefighters

Newport Beach, California, March 25, 2014 – Max Alavi, APC is pleased to announce it was invited by the Newport Beach Fire Department to make a presentation to its firefighters at their annual meeting in April 2014. Max Alavi, partner at Max Alavi, APC, will present on numerous estate planning related topics including: living trusts, how to avoid probate, testamentary designation of guardians for minor children and avoidable issues with incapacity. The presentation was designed to give attendees a better idea of how to plan for the future and avoid the worst.
