Eaton Corporation Presents Bicycles To Local Children
Eaton’s Power Protection Division Employees
Celebrate Holidays By Giving To Children
RALEIGH, N.C. – Eaton Corporation’s Power Protection Division, has announced that the organization is donating bicycles to deserving children in the Triangle during the Power Protection Division’s holiday and team-building event on Dec. 20 and 21. Employees from each of Eaton’s five Raleigh-based facilities will collaborate, assemble the bikes, develop a marketing plan and promote their finished product in a spontaneous, imaginative way to a group of recipient children. The event will culminate with refreshments shared by the children and employees.
“Eaton actively supports and invests in the communities it serves,” said Suzanne Burns, Vice President and General Manager of Eaton Corporation’s Power Protection Division. “This event allows the newly formed teams resulting from Eaton’s acquisition of Powerware last year to come together, celebrate a successful year and give back to the community at the same time.”
