Meet Your Match At Blush Restaurant In Santa Barbara

February 8th, 2014, Santa Barbara, CA: If you've looked for love in all the wrong places then it's time to say yes and find your Valentine at "Meet Your Match." Santa Barbara Matchmaking will present its newest matchmaking event, just in time for Valentine's Day, on Thursday, February 13th at Blush Restaurant + Lounge, 630 State Street in Santa Barbara. Check-in begins at 6:30 pm. The party begins at 7:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.

The Santa Barbara matchmaking company designed "Meet Your Match" as a way for high-caliber commitment-minded singles to meet each other. The evening will include an opportunity to mingle while enjoying mouth-watering appetizers from Blush, along with a complementary cocktail, and lots of laughter.

As guests arrive, they will receive a card with five questions on it. They will answer the questions on their own card, and then try to find someone to see if there are any matches. Guests who find someone with answers that match their own can claim one raffle ticket for three or four matches, and two raffle tickets for five matches. The couple can then decide whether to continue talking, or start over to meet another possible match. Raffle tickets can be used to win prizes from local companies worth thousands of dollars.

In addition to the opportunity to meet a Valentine's match, attendees can win a Helicopter Tour. Santa Barbara Helicopter Tours has donated a private 20 minute scenic flight along the breath-taking coast and over the harbor of Santa Barbara for two people on Valentine's weekend 2014. The prize package includes the helicopter flight, champagne and chocolates. Valued at $300, Darsonval said that the value of a romantic mid-flight first kiss is priceless.

Cost for the event is $35 at the door, and includes one drink and appetizers. Attendees can save $10 by pre-paying online using a code of BLUSH (for women) or BLUSHM (for men).
