Austin, TX – Frontline Source Group recently announced the implementation of video candidate profiles in their Austin, TX location with great results. The new interview tool can be utilized for all temporary, temp to hire and direct hire placement positions in which candidates are applying for. First implemented in Frontline's Dallas market, the innovative new technique has proven to increase overall efficiency in the hiring process.

The video profiles encompass short recordings of candidates answering 3-4 predetermined questions. The video is then attached to the candidate's resume and sent to the hiring manager to be viewed, therefore allowing them to make decisions more efficiently.

This new process of attaching video profiles to candidate resumes has allowed Frontline to accelerate the screening process by allowing clients to view the videos at a time most convenient to them. The use of video profiles has officially launched in Frontline's Dallas, Houston and now Austin markets, with plans for expanded use in the near future.
