The Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations.

Guests are invited to enjoy this special culinary journey, prepared by the award-winning restaurant's team of chefs. Running from 9 to 16 January, the Park Bar & Grill will be offering a special four-course menu with wine pairing. Maik Lilienthal, the Chef de Cuisine of the Abu Dhabi hotel, has created a delicious menu containing braised sigali, local seafood, local lemon fish and clam chowder, and organic lamb saddle, finishing the journey with dark chocolate mousse with pomegranate and espresso ice-cream.

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi invites guests to attend the Masters of Food and Wine week from 9 to 16 January 2014. Guests who would like to explore only the food pay AED350, and those looking to pair the delicious menu with variety of wines will pay AED600.
