Herb Cunningham Brokers Deal Of Highwoods Office Park Properties

Raleigh, NC – Herb Cunningham, Commercial Investment Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Trademark Properties, represented the buyer, Greenwood Commons, LLC, in the purchase of Highwoods Realty Limited Partnerships’ two office buildings in the Highwoods Office Park in Raleigh. The two buildings, located at 2920 and 3000 Highwoods Boulevard contain 76,000 square feet and were sold for $6.5 million.
