Frontline Source Group – Temporary Staffing and Direct Hire Firm - Introduces New Innovative Interview Tool

Dallas, TX- Frontline Source Group and its team of recruiters have recently begun implementing video candidate profiles. Candidates will be able to utilize this new tool for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire placement positions. This innovative new technique has proven to add great improvements to the efficiency of the hiring process.

These video profiles will be sent to a hiring manager along with the candidate's resume. Having this video of a candidate answering 3-4 predetermined questions attached to a candidate's resume will allow both Frontline recruiters and clients to make decisions more efficiently.

Frontline has found video interviews to be extremely effective and believe video candidate profiles as an additional tool will not only allow accelerated candidate screening, but allow clients to view the video profiles at a time most convenient to them.
