the chefs at The Park Bar & Grill. Savour the flavour of scallops, foie gras and traditional turkey. The five-course set menu is priced at AED 500 and 850 for food and corresponding wines per person

25 December 2013, Christmas Day Lunch at The Cafe
Enjoy various Christmas classics at The Café, ranging from traditional Christmas turkey and grilled Omani lobster, to special dishes for children. Lunch starts from AED 400 including soft drinks, and AED 500, including selected beverages per person.

1 January 2014, New Year's Brunch
Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi presents the art of cuisine to welcome the arrival of 2014.
Guests can enjoy the first day of the year on our Saadiyat Island hotel and savour a gourmet brunch at the Café. The New Year brunch buffet offers a variety of delicious, fresh flavours starting from AED 280.
