Asian-Jobs.com, a new job recruiting portal, announced the official launch of its new web site targeting businesses seeking bilingual job applicants. Asian-Jobs.com offers job opportunities for English/Asian-speaking professionals ranging from entry level to executive level – nationwide. The new site is a sister company to Hispanic-Jobs.com, a job board, which specializes in bilingual/Spanish-speaking job applicants.

“As a human resources professional for over 18 years, I know firsthand how difficult, expensive and time-consuming it can be to find bilingual job candidates. For that reason, we have made it easy and affordable so that even small businesses and non-profit organizations can afford to purchase job postings”, said Simone Emmons, Founder and President of the recruitment portals.

Asian-Jobs.com has already over 280 registered companies seeking bilingual candidates. They include Toyota Financial Services, Footlocker, AFLAC, American Cancer Society, Baxter, Brassring, City and County of Denver, Farmers Insurance and many others who post job opportunities. Asian-Jobs.com will launch with the same strategy as the sister site Hispanic-Jobs.com did over a year ago.

Emmons added, “to make sure that employers get good results and maximum exposure, we cross-post jobs on several other sites and community portals at no additional charge. There is also no charge for searching our resume database and we only charge a small fee if companies can find a qualified resume in our database. We also do not charge extra for making any edits, changing job categories, location, or uploading a logo and adding a hyperlink.”

Job seekers can also benefit by posting their resumes, modifying profiles, receive job alerts, search and view job postings, all with no membership or registration fee. Since Asian-Jobs.com does not charge companies to search the resume database, job seekers have a better chance to be found by employers. It’s a win-win situation.
