Hanley Brown Group Adds Director of Client Relations / Senior Associate Amy Chaddock from Albertsons Real Estate Department

IRVINE, CA – Hanley Brown Group Real Estate Advisors, one of the most dominant retail investment groups in Southern California and a market leader in the exclusive representation of owners in the sale of retail shopping centers, announced today that it has added Amy Chaddock, formerly a real estate representative with Albertsons in Fullerton, as Director of Client Relations and Senior Associate.

Prior to joining Hanley Brown Group, Chaddock served as a real estate representative with Albertsons where she successfully marketed and negotiated the sale of surplus properties in Southern California and Nevada.

Prior to Albertsons, Ms. Chaddock was an associate at Colliers Seeley International assisting national retailers in all aspects of the real estate acquisition process including strategic planning, site selection, sales and transfer analysis and the negotiation of purchase and lease agreements.

She also held a position with Regency Centers assisting in the leasing of one million square feet of retail shopping center space in Southern California.

Ms. Chaddock is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), has a professional affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a member of ICSC Next Generation.
