Southwestern College is live with ParkingPlus

NORTHFIELD, IL – Southwestern College has implemented ParkingPlus® from Credentials Solutions. ParkingPlus automates parking permit ordering, payment, production and mailing. Southwestern is offering student vehicle and motorcycle permits along with BOG permits. They are also offering a two year staff permit, which will be ordered online and picked up at the college.

A branded online ordering form, featuring Southwestern College's color and logo is available 24/7 and supported by Credentials' Customer Service Representatives that are available Monday-Friday, 12 hours per day to answer student phone and email inquiries. Parking permits are created on-demand and mailed within 24 hours. The custom designed mailer contains the parking permit and special instructions specific to Southern College. The staff also has access to a General Admin database panel to manage all permit, vehicle and financial data.

Southwestern College has seen many benefits since implementing ParkingPlus. The long lines during registration time have been eliminated. Overhead costs have been reduced by eliminating the inventory management of student parking stickers, cutting down data entry by staff and reducing credit card and postage expenses.
