The sale of the Four Seasons Residences marks the fifth time since the late 1990s that Ward has sold out of an entire residential project. "Downtown living in Austin has firmly taken hold," Ward said. "The restaurants, parks and entertainment options make it a very special place to live." Each unit sold for an average of $1.25 million per home and were in high-demand on buyers' Austin home search lists.
