"Leroy's Tiger Tale," a new book by Sara St. Onge, has been released by RoseDog Books.

"Leroy's Tiger Tale" is about a tiger in the jungle, who finds it hard to make friends because he is judged by the way he looks and sounds. But one brave tiger does an extraordinary good deed, which gives him the attention he earned.

This book contains so many good messages for young boys and girls to read. For example, in "Leroy's Tiger Tale" the animals learn not to judge from just looks alone, because the goodness in the heart is what truly counts. Another example is to always do good things to help people and animals, and you will be rewarded in the end.

About the Author:
Sara St. Onge grew up in Henrico, Virginia, with her mom and grandparents. Says St. Onge, "I'm very close to my family and I wouldn't change that for anything."

St. Onge writes poems, songs, short stories, and draws pictures in her journals. She likes to listen to Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift, and Carrie Underwood songs. She loves taking pictures of animals, flowers, and beautiful fall and winter scenery. She also loves to play video games on her Nintendo Wii – she especially likes to play racing video games. She likes to watch movies; her favorite is Pirates of the Caribbean, but she also likes John Wayne Western movies. She likes to play badminton with her mom and ride bikes. She likes ice skating, roller skating, bowling, and going to the science museum. An author that inspires her is Earl Hamner, Jr. "I think he has such a beautiful way with words; he makes them seem magical," she says.
