Development and production of the catalog began in August 2005 when BellaBlu and strategic partner, Serena Maternity, began designing the maternity clothing to be featured in the catalog.

Known for their funky yet functional maternity clothing, BellaBlu Maternity has been offering maternity apparel and accessories online since March 2004. BellaBlu has featured maternity clothing from Serena Maternity on their website since its inception and the company saw the collaboration on the catalog as a natural fit for their business. “We love what Serena Maternity produces and our customers agree that the designs are hip and comfortable which is important to moms-to-be,” says Jen Varner, president of BellaBlu.
