Valencia

Martial Arts Studio signed a 5-year lease for 2,550 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $591,795 at Gateway Plaza in Valencia. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in early January 2006 at 28305-28307 Rye Canyon, Suite #3D-E. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles, along with Kirnan Commercial of Woodland Hills, are the exclusive landlord representatives for Gateway Plaza, and represented the landlord, RKR, Inc. of Encino, in the lease transaction.

The tenant, which was represented by Commercial Retail Associates of Fresno, is anticipated to open in early February 2006 at 3533 W. Noble Avenue. Extreme Nextel signed a 5-year lease for 1,149 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $141,158. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in mid January 2006 at 3539 W. Noble Avenue.
