LS Coding & Education LLC Now Offers AAPC Professional Medical Coding Curriculum

LS Coding & Education LLC, one of the leading classroom and remote education facilities for medical coding and billing courses, now offers American Academy of Professional Coders' (AAPC) Certified Professional Coder (CPC) courses. Upon completing the CPC courses students can receive a coding certification and further advance their career in the medical coding and billing industry. These coding classes are also available via LS Coding & Education's distance learning option.

Unlike other web-based coding classes, LS Coding & Education offers students a chance to actually participate in the classroom course remotely. Via their computer, students looking to acquire a coding certification will be able to watching an actual classroom instruction session with 25 students attending. This is the next best thing to walking in and sitting down in the actual classroom.

Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy/Physiology courses are also included in the cost of the education center's CPC course. Students will be able to access these coding classes at their convenience and receive a coding certification from the comfort of their home. All handouts are available on the website for students to print and review at their leisure. There are 100 class sessions approximately 1 to 1.5 hours in length.

Upon completing a session students are directed to proceed to the next session or to take a chapter test at the appropriate time. Tests are sent via e-mail as an interactive PDF. The students fill in the correct answer or choose the correct multiple choice answer. Upon completion, the tests are submitted digitally to the instructors for grading. Tests are graded and returned to the student within 3 to 5 business days.
